Jeff Kubiak’s background includes having worked in the intellectual property law in the oil industry, with a background in project engineering. Mr. Kubiak has managed Worldwide litigation for large corporations, in addition to senior managerial experience in mergers and acquisition, and Of Counsel experience in patent prosecution, licensing, development and confidentiality agreements, risk management, and government compliance. Mr. Kubiak’s engineering qualifications have enabled him to act as liaison between engineering and management on existing and new concept projects.
